On March 1, 2023 the lives of George and Rosemary Lois were remembered and celebrated in the Great Hall of The City College of New York. The Lois family, friends, colleagues, students – anyone whose lives were touched by this remarkable couple, filled the hall with memories and love.
Passionate and heart-felt speeches were made by Senator Bill Bradley, Congressman Dennis Kucinich, Seth Abraham, Platon, Jon Tracosas, Kim Hastreiter, Rob Schwartz, Kevin Swanepoel, Professor Ed Keller and archivist Carmen Quang, with a closing remarks by Luke Lois.
